Southland Summer Challenge Saturday 30th January 2010 The Southland Summer Challenge is on Saturday 30th January 2010 - this year the event has attracted a number of good multisporters and will also provide a workout for the Coast to Coast entrants in March. 3rd Trans Taupo Paddle Event - Saturday 20th March 2010 A 44km paddle across the pure crystal mountain fed waters of New Zealand’s (and Australasia's) largest freshwater lake. Open to all single, double, tri/quad and 6 person - Surf Ski's, Sea kayaks, Ocean Rowers and Waka Ama; with both a full distance and a team 5th Waiuku New World Steelman Ironmaiden Multisport Event - Saturday 20th November 2010 The Steelman Ironmaiden - known as the Waiuku New World Steelman Ironmaiden Multisport Event (so named for the 5th time) is on the Saturday 20th November 2010. The event now includes the Castaways Adventures Corporate Team category which in 2009 attracted 15 teams - a great effort and 2010 will build on this! The four disaplines on revamped extended courses has made this multisport event a must for 2010.
